The Orcs of Mordor are a lot of fun to paint because of their inherent variety – each model is unique. This makes them a fast paint, as well, because you don't need many colours to create unique Orcs. The trick is to layer your colours and remember that Orcs are not monochromatic. They aren't supposed to be a well ordered army.
