GAMING

Playing games is possibly the most popular aspects of the Games Workshop hobby, and the way most people become involved. This part of the Hobby website aims to introduce you to the world of Games Workshop and the many different games which we produce.

Games Workshop produces a wide range of games, from the ever popular tabletop wargames Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000, to space combat (BattleFleet Gothic), skirmish wargames (Mordheim and Necromunda), small-scale tabletop battles (Warmaster) to fantasy football (Blood Bowl). From time to time we also produce limited runs of other games - not just tabletop wargames, but boxed family games and card games, which you may be able to find in our webstore, our shops, or independent retailers.

Warhammer boxWARHAMMER
Warhammer is a game of fantasy battle, where mighty armies of men and monsters clash in a bitter struggle for supremacy. Each player selects and commands an army of troops - infantry, cavalry, war machines and legendary heroes - to fight their enemies. Victory will go to the most daring and ruthless general.

NECROMUNDA
Necromunda is a game of fierce combat between rival gang fighters in the dangerous underworld of the Necromundan hives - vast factory-cities that extend for miles above and below the planet's surface. Players choose their gangs and battle to make them more powerful, richer, and better fighters.
